Pros +

Free airport shuttle was very good. Thankful to be met promptly on arrival at Chennai and a very short drive.
This is a good hotel located close to the airport and the complementary airport pickup/drop service is reliable and very good. The manager and staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's clean and quiet for a good night's sleep, even though it's located in a busy area. The breakfast bar is good. However, the food available at other times of the day is just passable.I have stayed here many times and will be back whenever I land in or take off from Chennai airport. I always feel very welcome when I arrive. As a woman who is mostly travelling alone, having a welcoming, safe and quality place like the Mahalaya Residency Hotel near the airport is great.
Location and proximity to airport.

Cons -

Toilet was cleaned with cocunut oil. I dont know why. Cleaning and the sheets could be better.
Nothing to report
AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , HOT WATER NOT COMING THROUGH THE tap .

Buffet breakfast is nice and has a good range of items. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times before and will be coming back again.
